This is a Christmas Ghost, they like to haunt Christmas objects and fly around with mistletoe. On the other hand, Ghosts in The Adventuring Party Called Thunderwolf are found in graveyards and haunted forests. They enjoy scaring the color out of creatures that are unfortunate to meet them. Based on a picture I made with DALL-E 2. Made with colored India ink pens, fine point marker, and gel pen, it took me about 1 hour and 6 minutes to make.
