Aqua January: Stellerarts

*I felt like trying out a Galaxy in the shape of a quail to fit with the theme of this art challenge which was trying something new. I've made space-themed animals before, but this is the first one with no connection to the constellations.
*Made with a mechanical pencil, pink pearl eraser, kneaded eraser, India ink pen, water, watercolor pencil, white watercolor paint, watercolor brush, and inktense pencil
*Time: about 1 hour and 10 minutes over the course of 2 days
