🦌 Run, Little One — Strength Beyond Nature

Run, Little One — Strength Beyond Nature is a scripture-inspired animal illustration based on Alma 14:29 from the Book of Mormon. The artwork visualizes the verse’s striking comparison:

📖 “…even as a goat fleeth with her young from two lions.”

Rather than approaching this phrase as metaphor alone, I chose to interpret it literally, using animal imagery to explore motion, urgency, and protection. The composition focuses on instinct and care—capturing a moment where strength appears exactly when it is needed, driven by devotion rather than force.

This piece reflects my ongoing interest in storytelling through animals, where posture and movement carry emotional weight. By translating scripture into visual form, I aim to create artwork that invites reflection through natural symbolism and narrative motion.
