Huevember - Light Blue: Huevember Mark the Ice Dragon

*I created Mark because I wanted to do a dragon with a different elemental breath power. The original drawing of Mark's inspiration was Walter's original drawing mixed with a drawing of a dragon that my cousin made when he was about 10 back in 2016 and an ice dragon theme.
